The Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania has begun the Big Stax XXXI poker series, with several events already finished up. The poker series features several events with players having the opportunity to take part from September 21st until October 17th. One of the larger events of the series has concluded, the Big Stax 300, with Victor Ramdin earning the first-place finish. The win would not come until after the remaining four players decided to cut a deal.

Big Stax 300:

The event had a buy-in of $300 + $40 and a total of 1,413 entries were seen. After the final table action take place for a while, the four final players would decide to chop the pot instead of play it out. In the end, it would be Victor Ramdin, Bin Weng, Joseph Agron Jr. and Johnny Lau as the final four in the event. The split was based on chips and the poker tournament came to an end without any further competition.

Ramdin held the most with 15,100,000, so he would take the first-place payout of $48,777. Agron Jr. came in second with 12,375,000 so he would earn a bit less at $45,455. Third in chips was Yeng, who held 8,400,000. He would earn just over $39,000 for that position. Lau was fourth in chips with 6,500,000, so he would bring home $36,030.

The Big Stax XXXI continues at the Parx Casino with many more events still on the schedule. Beginning on October 2nd, the NL Hold’em Survivor begins with a $500 + $60 buy-in. This event starts at 1pm. The Big Stax 500 kicks off on Thursday October 3rd with three starting days and a $500 + $50 buy-in. Players are provided 50,000 in starting chips.

Additional events on the schedule include the Purple Chip Bounty, a Seniors event and the Big Stax 1100. The full schedule of events offers players insight on buy-ins as well as chip counts, the day of play and tournament start time.
